Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. All orders placed later than 5pm will be processed the next business day. Once your item ships, you will be notified. All of our orders are shipped from our Westchester NY location.
Shipping times are approximate, and subject to changes outside of our control.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays, and delivery estimates apply only to business days.
Chick & bee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days on average for your order to be packed and mailed out.

USPS Priority Express: 1-3 business days

FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping for orders over $75.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in it's original condition, tags still attached, we will refund the order amount, less the shipping label. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at chickandbeekidsgmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
